About Alejandro Werner, MS, BCBA
For more than eleven years, Alejandro Werner has dedicated his life to helping children reach their fullest potential. As a Board Certified Behavior Analyst and founder of Blossoming Minds Therapies in Winston-Salem, he brings both science and heart to every program he designs. Alejandro’s background in behavioral Analysis has taught him that meaningful progress happens when therapy honors the whole child—their strengths, their challenges, and their unique way of seeing the world. Outside the clinic, Alejandro is also a writer, exploring the intersection of psychology, faith, and the human experience. His work, both clinical and creative, is guided by the same belief: growth begins when understanding meets compassion.
